    Blueprints for Success is a three-month mentorship program led by Carl Manlan. It helps professionals gain clarity, strategy, and direction for the next stage of their leadership journey.
    This program is designed for mid-career professionals seeking to accelerate growth, refine leadership, or transition into senior roles with greater purpose and structure.
    The program runs for three months and includes one private session per month. Each session lasts one hour and is conducted online.
    All mentorship sessions take place virtually through Zoom or Google Meet. Once selected, mentees will receive a scheduling link to choose session times that suit them.
    Blueprints for Success is entirely one-to-one. Each mentee receives a personalized experience designed around their goals, pace, and challenges.
    Once you click Apply Now, you will be directed to a detailed application form. It includes questions about your background, objectives, and a short essay. After submission, Carl personally reviews each application and contacts selected candidates directly.
    Applications are reviewed within a few weeks of submission. Only selected applicants will be contacted by email with next steps.
    Yes. We recommend preparing your short essay (around 500 words) on the topic “How will you measure your life?” inspired by Professor Clayton M. Christensen’s work. Reflect honestly on your goals, values, and aspirations.
    Yes. If you are not selected in this round, you are welcome to reapply for future cohorts.
    Yes. The mentorship is virtual and open to applicants from anywhere in the world.
